The Members of Michalson Builders
Michael Czapski is our President. His roots in construction started in high school and early college years when he worked in the field as a foreman for a multifamily and commercial construction company. He has experience in many aspects of the construction process which include project management, supervision, contract negotiations, estimating, job cost, scheduling, submittal process, fast track projects, value engineering and construction management. Michael received a degree in Finance from Texas Tech University. Michael has over 12 years’ experience in the construction industry and has built many commercial, multifamily and custom homes during that time.
Judy Seigworth is responsible for all accounting functions and daily operations at the main office. She oversees a variety of project functions including generating billings, receivables, payables and cash flow management. She also maintains the job estimates, general ledger, customer / vendor listings, job cost listing and cost codes. She has a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Judy splits her time between Michalson Builders and Nations Construction.
Juan Perez is one of our job superintendents. He is results-oriented, with 20 years of experience in construction management. Juan holds a verifiable track record for the successful completion of hundreds of residential and commercial projects. He is skilled in coordinating trades, developing partnerships and building positive rapport with local officials, vendors and clients.
Eder Perez is our job superintendent. He has worked with Michael for over 6 years. He worked for him at Nations Construction Management as a finishing superintendent. He switched over to residential work in 2014. He specializes in finishing projects and has a keen eye for detail and quality control.
Laura Eggleston is our selection coordinator and assistant accountant. Laura works on the job in quality control and behind the scenes with clients and their designers. She has over 10 years’ experience in interior design and graduated with a degree from Texas Tech University.
Rueben Rodriquez is our long time in-house employee who keeps our jobsites organized and clean and assists us in creating a great product.
